Delivery Policy.
The Green Emporium cannot promise delivery times.
If you require a delivery by a particular time, we suggest you email us directly. Otherwise orders will be processed in 2 to 5 business days, and posted/couriered in a timely manner.
Live plants are personally hand delivered by us.
If you only order nonliving décor (pots, books etc.) we may post these instead via a third party.
If you are shipping to a secure entrance (Apartment, gated section etc.), please provide this information including the recipients phone number upon order. We will contact the recipient prior to delivery to ensure someone is home to collect the package and so we may gain entry. An additional delivery fee will be charged for additional deliveries if we cannot gain entrance to the property to leave the package.
If no one is home upon delivery we will leave the package by the door, but only if we believe the package is safe and secure (out of sight and out of the elements)
If there is nowhere to leave the package it will be returned to the store and we will contact you for further instruction.
If there is a certain place you wish the package to be left or if you wish for us not to leave the package unattended please let us know upon ordering.
It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure they provide us with correct delivery information. We accept no responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address when this information is provided to us.
Please be aware additional deliveries will require additional delivery fees.
Additional delivery is $20 (must be paid before re-delivery occurs)
We do not deliver on public holidays.
